The Mad Scramble for Nutella

So apparently, the students at Columbia University (NY) have become a bit Nutella crazed. Not only have they been eating a reported “100 pounds a day to $5000 a week” (states the Huffington Post), but they also go on to say that there have been countless occasions where kids have sticky fingered their way into the Nutella supply at the campus’s dining hall. Come on Columbia, how do you expect people to resist the temptation of something so good as Nutella, it practically states EAT ME on the label. Oh Nutella, why do you have to be so mouth wateringly addictive? Maybe we should write the distributors and tell them to turn down the ingredients a notch and make it less delicious!

I honestly think that the school should just come to the realization that Nutella is the best thing since sliced bread, and that they should hand out those cute little travel size nutella/crackers packets so the students can get their fix at least once a day πŸ˜‰

  2. Frankly, I am more concerned with all the attention the media is paying attention to this story. I get this great tasting stuff relatively cheaply at the Dollar Store. I don’t want to see a run on this item to “jack up” the price! πŸ™‚
